Good one! I will join you here. It can mean so many things and they are all good: the Divine Feminine, the True Self, and just Spirit, or should I say spirits :) Spirits are everywhere and while we should encourage the unhealthy ones to move on, the others are there to love and help us, and to be loved and honored by us. Tree spirits, wolf spirits, guides, power animals, Gaia.
Well, I guess most people that read this will be rolling their eyes by now.

It's been my personal “mission” for as long as I can remember…even the books that I have been led to (fictional or non) have snuck that idea into it!
The Anima doesn't have to be “feminine”…just those good qualities that encourage peace and goodness! Men have their Anima too! Everyone does! We all have the potential to be soooooo Great! ;-) Pure Spirit…lovely.

I went to a shamans retreat at the Anima Center in the wilds of New Mexico this past summer. It was amazing, challenging, transformational. Check out their site, www.animacenter.org. The most amazing, authentic group…..I'm heading back in the Spring!
