We should all strip right now. It’s so sacredly liberating. Yes, Sting likes to frequent the burlesques bars and strip clubs.. the classy not so skanky types. RedTranta is sexy.

one question - when we strip off the bad stuff, where should we put it? - wouldn’t want it going to somebody else who it might not serve well. oh dear the cosmic karmic stuff can just throw me for a loop sometimes.
i suppose if somebody picks it up, it was all part of the plan , all meant to be……..

good question Shirley, what do we do with all that stuff we strip off?
the stuff I have shoveled out of my house, office, studio goes to: the
dump, the thrift store, or the bonfire.
Energetic stuff? does toxic emotion and crap go into a toxic dump to leach back out into the energy field? what a thought.
Actually one of my energy modalities taught me to gather stuff and
ground it to earth for purification/transmutation, or flick it through
the sacred flame for the same purpose.
Ariela, That’s a darn big bonfire, but it might take one that big to purify things. Jeezm!
Sting is one of the greats—always a favorite in our household.
We saw a music/documentary video once where he talked of many things. One section was about the people in his band and production group–they are like family to him…not ‘employees.’ Once a person is in, they have to quit to get out.
All in all, everything about the film just made me more impressed.
And if I have been naively swayed by an intentionally promotional film? Oh well, there is always the music, and there’s no faking that. I am still impressed.

I was going to say the same thing about Transmuting the energies. We ALWAYS want to do that…send it back to Source or transmute it into Love Energy or use the Reiki technique of flicking it off the body and into a Sacred Fire. =)
And my partner ummm…helped with me letting go of things too…he just threw out a box of precious keepsakes and dear memories and lots of little investments…out with the garbage…gone forever…sighhhh…let it go, Ariela.
