How do you respond to being alone?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for June 14, 2008:
I get naked and roll around on the floor laughing my ass off like this...

I looooooove being alone. I love hearing my own thoughts...God's thoughts...Heart thoughts.
I love not having to react or deal with another person's moodiness (this way I can be the only moody MoonChild, LOL)
Don't get me wrong...I adore being around people too...but it's absolutely necessary for me to afterwards, go off on my own to get back to my own Center.
As a Cancerian and Water Sign, I have the tendency to take on everyone else's thoughts, feelings, emotions and vibes....so I have to be alone to release all that isn't "My Stuff"
Ohhh...I know alot of people don't like to be alone because they don't want to hear those inner thoughts...But I Love It...I don't have an Inner Critic (dealt with that when I was a teenager)...I have an Inner Lover and Supporter and Cheerleader....and Comedian, LMAO :-D

I do that too! I talk out loud and laugh and sing—i put on private performances for myself—it is thoroughly delightful to unleash the inner comedian, rockstar, lunatic, derelict, plus all the inner animals, chickens, monkeys, cows, etc, and the inner dancer, the delicious inner devil (you know what i'm talking about Amy), plus my inner Julia Child (she's always cooking up something and oh my what a lovely voice)—sometimes the bathroom gets really crowded.
And Tony, what she said! Very cool dude! Welcome to Gaia.

A few people noted (elsewhere) that they feel most complete with another. I feel we first feel complete when we alone before we can purely, fully love another. For myself, my truest freedom and bliss is when I am out in the wilderness, far from materialist folks and clingy persons, where I am wholly alone with the beauty of the natural world :)

In my honest opinion, there are people who feel as if another person Completes them (probably meaning they weren't Whole unto themselves)…and then there are the others who ARE Complete and stand on their own…and when 2 of those type of people get together it's a lasting and true relationship. That type (as we are) aren't looking for another person to Complete them and make them whole…they are looking (or not, LOL) to Share their wholeness/ completeness with each other ;-)

awe…it's good to be back in your blog, dear Ariela…I think it's enchanted…how else to explain why I keep on coming back :-))
The yin/yang girls! oh wow….yin is my inner devil too…the shadowy part of me… Yep…I worship her in “alone” moments…and yes…those are the naked times…dancing in front of the mirror…clothed only by night…and sometimes wearing nothing but moonlight…(lol…crayz)
She's my protector…the-do-anything-to-survive-goddess-within-me. There are times when I don't want to wash my face for fear of killing something that feeds off me and she's like. “just do it.” She's always like, “kill or be killed. Eat or starve.” And the most shocking one of all was this one time when a hungry lioness wanted to feed me to her babies and I was like, sure, your lives are more important than mine but my Eve-il yin or was it yang? anyway, she was like… “run! save yourself! Never mind the hungry cubs.” lol… no wonder she's dead if she ever shows her face in my society….

I like the alone and rolling around naked part of being alone best! - there is such child-like joy in being safely “uncovered.” that brings up a belly deep giggle that turns into a rolling on the floor howling till tears run down our face and we are holding our sides saying “oh it hurts…stop stop! Ha ha ha hee hee hee hoo hoo hoooo haa haa haa!” Okay - maybe it is only me that gets so carried away!

You know, I am supposed to be cooking and fixing lunch, and here I am chuckling away and just loving your beautiful spirit!

You know, it's a good time for the children to learn independence. How to eat simply. They don't even have to open the fridge. Plums, mulberries and rasberries outside. Mangoes, oranges, peaches inside. They won't starve. I'll just read one more post…
