This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for December 13, 2008:
What is the best thing about ANGER???

I dunno...umm....
It can be 'wonderful' if you're suicidal.
ALL anger you're feeling manifests as illness in the body, eventually as a fatal dis-ease....
So if you're trying to kill yourself slowly, go right ahead and be angry at everyone and everything. Watch 'What the Bleep Do We Know" if you need a visual.
Any time you feel anger bubbling up, in my honest opinion, it is an opportunity to do something productive and proactive...something needs to be done, you're obviously not happy with circumstances as they are.
Lashing out at another is NEVER helpful...vigorous exercise is a good thing to do with that angry energy...you're transmuting it into a positive for yourself, using it as a springboard for action (positive action that is :-D)

Yours is the best and wisest answer of all I have read so far.
Anger is an opportunity for us to learn something, do something different.
I always ask myself, “Why am I reacting this way. What do I need to learn here? how can I regain my centre? ”
bows _^_
Thank You Mimzy! {hugggggs!}
All Feelings are to be Owned. WE are responsible for what we feel, and we have a Choice always.
You, madam, are very wise yourself…the questions you ask of yourself are precisely what I ask myself in these situations…LOL…actually EVERY situation! If it’s not Love I feel, I question what I’m trying to tell myself through my emotions =)
You Are Loved, Sister MoonChild!~~~<3
“using it as a springboard for action (positive action that is :-D)”
Perfect!
Thank You, Hugs and You Are Loved too, Shirley!~~~<3
Or you could just get a Sledgehammer and kill that fly :-)
You will feel fantastic because you will not only remove disturbances
from Anger but also Grief, Fears and Phobias, and disturbances from you source center
Ommmmm :-)
LOL Lars, that’s not to say that I don’t play some Eminem, DMX and put a soundtrack to killing that fly with a sledgehammer!
ROTFLMAO…guess what…I just took a quiz on another site “What kind of Angel are you?”
I laughed my head off when I came out as “You’re a Battle Angel”
Hahahahhaaha…still an Indigo Child :-P
