I didn't like Halloween then and I still don't like it now. Must be that whole FEAR thing and making witches and ghosts/spirits look bad. :-D

Alot of the time, I didn't go to school on Halloween. At that time, the kids were into spraying Nair (hair remover) on girls' heads...and my hair was butt length. (Prime target I was!) Then there was the rotten eggs being thrown at you thing. Just MEAN stuff. No fun at all. Getting candy wasn't worth it! LOL!

I didn't have an enjoyable Halloween until I was a teenager and went to costume parties, WooHoooooo :-D Now THAT was fun! And ummm...there was no candy involved :-D

BTW, my son had a Halloween party at school and went as none other than the Jedi Master himself :-D What else :-D WOOT :-D

I like to talk about everything that is not on THIS level :-D
Love to talk about the high spiritual matters and also love to dive deep into the depths of human consciousness / sub and supra consciousness. And oh, that delicious Collective consciousness, yummy. =)

That's sort of like having tunnel vision to me...and I like to have a total peripheral view to put into proper context what lies before me :-D

Don't like to talk about fleeting fads or gossip or shallow and superficial things, but rather more long-lasting and far-reaching ideas and thoughts and concepts.

My interests are very varied and I like to weave them all together sometimes. There are also a FEW people who can hang with my spaztic thoughts, multilayered meanings and topic jumping (talking about point A, then point B, then point Z, tie it in with point C, which includes the meat of points A and B..then jump to point 10. ROTFLMAO)

And soooo....I find that Joy within myself...Feed it...Nurture it...Cultivate it...GROW it.
When that is FILLED, that is when it starts to Radiate outward and others can FEEL it, share in it...but yet they too must find their OWN Joy within, or they can never experience it truly (As Within, So Without...they must have it within themselves to associate with)

I AM filled with Joy...but it is not reliant on anything Outside of me...so it cannot be taken away and it is not on a sliding scale. This goes for Love and all that other good stuff too. :-D

1) What are you thankful for today?
It's freezing cold today and I am extra thankful for my warm and cozy house and for flannel sheets and fleecy pajamas and for piping hot coffee! :-D

2) What do you appreciate about the Earth?
Everything. I Love and Appreciate Everything about her...especially the unending way She just Gives and Gives and Gives and Gives with such Beauty and Grace and Magnificence and Infinite Variety! I couldn't live without Her! :-D

3) Who is the last person you said "thank you" to? 
Oh gosh, I've said thank you to a bunch of wonderful friends here at Gaia this morning! And I'm saying it now to all of You...Thank You, for being a friend...Thank You for Being Here at such a wonderful time in History/Herstory!

4) When was the last time someone thanked you?
This morning, coming back from getting some coffee, I noticed a woman struggling to hold her bags and packages while attempting to zip her child's coat up higher and wrap his scarf around his nose and mouth. I offered to hold all her stuff while she fixed him up proper =) I told her I have one just like him at home...she plucked out a rose from the bouquet she just bought and gave it to me with a Thank You. Isn't that sweet?

5) What is your favorite way to say thank you?
While looking right into the person's eyes. If I can't do that, as we're online, I send one of my Smiley Minions to do it for me :-D

This is my offering to you all today. I just discovered this song, but apparently Playing For Change (Movement and Foundation to help build schools, connect students, and inspire communities in need through music) has been at it for 10 years!

This video is only 5 minutes long.  But it's quite extraordinary.  Not only is the music itself great, but this one video seamlessly splices together parts of the visual video tracks of identical performances videotaped at the following locations, and performed by different musicians native to those locations, while at the same time mixing together, not parts, but the entire audio tracks of all 12 performances in these 12 locations: Santa Monica, New Orleans, Amsterdam, New Mexico, France, Brazil, Russia, Venezuala, The Congo, South Africa, Spain and Italy.  Quite amazing. 

And very beautifully done. I was filled with such a feeling of Unity and Oneness, that I must share this with those who haven't had the pleasure of hearing and seeing this song from around the world! I LOVE how it is done and hope to see/hear many, many more collaborative works such as this!

I've found my cat pressing his head (crown chakra) against the sole of my foot while I was sleeping...fell asleep and woke again to find him with his Heart Chakra against the sole of my foot...fell asleep again, woke again with an ache in my stomach...and woke only because of little claws giving my tummy a kitty massage :-D LOL LOL LOL
